1. Overview
The sample slicer is suitable for cutting rubber materials which are insulated or coated, and becomes a standard shape dumbbell test piece, which satisfies the test standards of IEC, K6301, UL1581, JIS, etc., for testing.
Installation instructions: The machine should be placed firmly on a horizontal work surface and should not be tilted.

3. Operation Method
a) Place the rubber or plastic to be ground, thinned or ground to the thickness of the slicer (the rubber or plastic should be placed in the center of the table as much as possible to ensure the shape of the cut sample).
b) Place the dumbbell knife on the rubber or plastic with the knife edge placed toward the rubber.
c) Turn the manual turntable by hand and impact the dumbbell cone knife to cut the rubber or plastic into dumbbell-shaped test pieces.
When cutting the test piece, it is necessary to configure various dumbbell blades according to various requirements for cutting.
4. Maintenance Of The Machine
For long-term use, the blade edge must be sharp.
The instrument needs to periodically wipe a little calcium grease (butter).
Do not wash with water when cleaning. The cleaning agent must be of non-toxic and non-corrosive type.
After cleaning, dry it and let the machine return to its original state.
